About the role

As a talent acquisition intern, the goal is to support the search and selection of personnel for administrative or staff positions, with the aim of gaining practical experience in a professional environment. Through participation in various activities, such as posting job offers, coordinating interviews, and managing documentation, the intern will be able to strengthen their skills in the recruitment and selection process while receiving training that will help them understand key processes in the human resources field. Additionally, the position offers benefits such as a financial scholarship and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process for administrative and staff positions.
• Advertise job openings on different employment platforms.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and the selection team.
• Manage and update candidate documentation throughout the process.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and analysis related to the selection of personnel.
• Oversee and manage the signing of employment contracts.

Requirements

• Student of 6th Semester to 8th Semester of Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Intermediate-Advanced English Level (Mandatory).
• Willingness to transport to the Santa Catarina N.L. plants as required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team and establish effective relationships with others.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Interest in the Human Resources field.
• Previous work or internship experience (desirable).
• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• Work modality: Hybrid (50% remote).
