Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for students in their final semesters of an Accounting or Finance-related degree who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control, preparation, and follow-up of invoices
• Preparation of cost reports
• Preparation of sales reports
• Accrual of expenses in both the U.S. and Mexico
• Generation of accounts receivable reports
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Support in any additional activities related to the accounting department

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong ability to follow through and close out tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Monthly stipend of $8,000 - $11,000 MXN net according expirience
