Descripción
VACANTE BILINGUE
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field required. Desire for a master's degree in Fiscal and/or MBA.
- Minimum of four 3 years of well-rounded experience in financial management and accounting.
- Experience working in an accounting firm would be appreciated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) with expertise in Excel required
- SAP accounting software experience a plus.

Activities:
- Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet
reconciliations (e.g., net assets, investments, revenue, expenses, payroll allocations, etc.), ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate.
- Performing fiscal year-end close activities and assisting with activities and requirements of external auditors.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensuring proper revenue and expense recognition.
- Monitoring cash and investment balances and performing cash flow forecasting
- Ensuring all finance and accounting operations comply with generally accepted
accounting principles and federal and state laws and regulations.
- Communicating regularly with the Director of Finance.
- Report Treasurer KPI indicators performance.
- Support the finance and accounting team to update the risk and opportunities analysis and the Process Map.
- Attend to and work on the guidelines, policies and procedures relating to the quality management system and participate in compliance with the improvement of quality systems.
- Attend internal and external audits on the QMS.
- Support Manager following, implementing or proposing Contingency Plan.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and strategic decision making.
