About this opportunity:

Ericsson is currently seeking an Intern in IT for our plant in Tlaxcala, full-time on site, this student will be responsible for delivering both onsite and remote technical assistance relating to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate for this role should efficiently handle queries, operate diagnostic programs, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions.

What you will do:

- Provide comprehensive technical assistance for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, along with software and hardware components.

- Develop comprehensive training manuals and formulate other essential technical documents.

- Efficiently respond to queries through phone calls, instant messaging, or web tickets.

- Facilitate logging of tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users.

- Conduct technical training for IT users.

- Maintain top-tier performance levels of computer systems and apply timely upgrades as needed.
