Operational Maintenance: Ensure the optimal functioning of reception equipment and facilities for a professional environment.
Schedule Coordination: Meticulously manage the Director's agenda, scheduling appointments and optimizing their time.
Tasks
Customer Service and Public Relations
Provide excellent attention and service: Prompt, timely, cordial, respectful, and friendly attention.
Guide parents or providers to the appropriate person.
Professional Image and Presentation
Maintain excellent personal presentation at all times, following the established dress code.
Ensure there is always pleasant ambient music in the reception area.
Operational Management and Efficiency
Remain at your post and request substitution support only when necessary.
Ensure your work area is always kept clean and orderly.
Ensure that the systems and equipment you manage, and the reception facilities, are functioning correctly.
Administrative Support and Collaboration
Assist the Director of Basic Education at all times.
Process requisitions for the Area Director.
Support institutional events.

Qualifications
Education: Requires a technical degree in Administration or Secretarial Studies, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Requires at least 2 years of proven administrative support experience. Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Skills: Requires a solid understanding of administrative procedures, proficiency in file management (both physical and electronic), data entry, and basic office software.
Language: Requires the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including strong written skills and active listening.
