My Near Staff is a nearshoring service provider that offers high-quality, cost-effective administrative and back-office support. We help businesses optimize their operations and improve profitability by leveraging skilled talent in Mexico. This allows U.S.-based companies to reduce overhead costs, streamline workflows, and enhance service efficiency.
A Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department. Their responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including processing invoices, handling invoice inquiries, completing new item forms, overseeing inventory, reviewing sales reports, and creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Responsibilities
• Conduct financial and statistical sales analyses.
• Carry out monthly sell-in & sell-out analysis by segment in order to take corrective
action in terms of:
o Distribution Optimization
o Performance
• Assist in preparing client presentations and marketing material, that demostrarte
innovation, shelf positioning, promotions and new launches.
• Assist in the execution process of key projects for the Americas
• Assist in account planning to keep consistency of customer objectives and with key
personnel to manage execution and measure results.
• Manage daily business in partnership with customers, including: UPC product/item setup,
maintenance, logistics and inventory management.
• Coordinate cross function collaboration (Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, In-store,
Field Team) to ensure account management and support is executed with high standards.
• Support and follow-up marketing calendar execution for both North and South
America including sell-out analysis of Price Promo and HPPs accordingly.
• Monthly allocation of USU6 inventory by item by retailer according to forecast and
market/customer priority.
Bilingual proficiency English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred
• Experience in Sales and/or Marketing is a plus.
• Strong digital knowledge to support the automation of routine tasks.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive work ethic.
• Hands-on approach and ability to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Highly self-motivated, structured, and proactive with strong organizational skills
