Main responsibilities:

• Definition of purchasing policies by component
• Load of component profile in ERP (lead times, SNP, Minimum and maximum inventory, Incoterm, Freight cost control.
• Generation of Purchase orders to supplier in ERP.
• Material inventory control (inventory rotation)
• Original vs. Actual purchase order variance analysis.
• Total MRP management (consumption analysis vs. theoretical, scrap control from plex, fluctuation analysis.
• Coordination of break points in engineering changes related to materials (RAW) - obsolescence.
• Part number registration in Plex system.
• Generation of purchase orders to MRO supplier.
• Tracking of MRO part deliveries until arrival at plant.
• Material receipt management at MRO.
• Inventory control (accuracy).
• Consumption trend analysis.
• Cyclic inventory coordination in MRO warehouse.
• PEPS Control.
• Coordination of MRO warehouse assistants.
• Review of minimums and maximums based on historical trend.
• Packing density improvement management.
• Component parts import logistics management.
• Tracking of MRO part deliveries until arrival at plant.

Qualifications:

• Education background: Bachelor's degree
• Working experience: 1 year in the same position or related.
• Conversational English
• Excel knowledge
