We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Chihuahua plant.

Responsabilities:

• Provide full support to the plant manager in administrative functions as required.
• Perform administrative tasks such as report preparation, file management and document organization.
• Be a support and service element for other functions as requested by other members of management, (Expense reports, follow up with special purchase requisitions, travel management, contract reviews, preparation of management review, promotion and internal communication in coordination with Human Resources.
• Handle confidential information and ensure it is kept private.
• Provide support in activities related to the position, such as visits, travel and event coordination, presentations, coordinate dinners with clients and corporate staff, in order to ensure the execution of important events for the business.
• Maintain the staff agenda as well as the management of work rooms and have always updated the plant presentation and plant information in the Zoom platform.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the position reporting to Plant Managers.
• Advanced English
• Computer packages (Word, Excel, Excel and Powerbi graphics, Power Point, Teams).
• Ethical and Legal Aspects
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001/ISO9001 to support management review.
