WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Works independently to manage timing and action plans for completing department functions and preparing correspondence, reports and other documents ahead of need
- Plans and manages calendar for leaders supported by this role. Maintains a strong understanding of organizational and department objectives in order to appropriately filter and prioritize incoming information and meeting requests
- Partners with Management executive leadership and internal communications to develop and implement internal communications strategies, with specific focus on cultural engagement and alignment to our Win Right Values
- Handles travel arrangements (both domestic and international), and processes expense reports for local employees
- Works within international time zones for travel arrangements, communications etc. May collaborate with local and international teams for certain meetings or events
- Provides analysis and supports Sr. Management when requested.
- Manages Outlook calendars for Sr. Management team
- Develops, prepares, monitors, and maintains special projects and programs as requested
- Coordinates meetings, calls and conferences to include: ordering meals, scheduling conference rooms, room set up, tears down, and stocks and cleans conference rooms. Notifies other participants whose attendance will be required
- Brings relevant information to the attention of those with an appropriate need to know
- Acts as a backup for other administrative staff members who are out of the office
- Opens, sorts, prioritizes, and distributes mail
YOU HAVE:
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting leaders in a Manufacturing Environment
- Experience supporting Sr. Management preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Advanced Microsoft Office required, including the ability to create charts and graphs, animate presentations, Teams, and Excel or other software
- Fully bilingual
- Superlative organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Ability to manage workload priorities and/or seek guidance as necessary
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for work outcomes
- Flexible, organized, and able to accurately work under time constraints and deadlines
- Polished and professional demeanor and communication style
- Has the ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing work environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- U.S. Visa and valid MX passport required
