We are a growing international company looking for a HR & Office Coordinator to support and coordinate full-cycle HR processes and office administrative operations. This role is key to ensuring a smooth employee experience and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including interviews and onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance.
Administer employment contracts, payroll, attendance, leaves, and holidays.
Handle employee terminations in a professional and legally compliant manner.
Assist managers with performance evaluations and training coordination.
Manage visa processes, travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, maintenance, utility payments, and work environment.
Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field (completed).
2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Advanced English (spoken and written); used as a working language.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle conflict professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations.
