Objective of the Role
Ensure legal compliance and protect the company's interests by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal counsel specialized in corporate law within the automotive sector.
Modality: On-site (100% in-office) Santa Fe
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, supplier, employment, and other legal contracts.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and internal company policies.
Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
Identify legal risks in operational processes and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of contractual obligations.
Support in resolving contractual disputes and assist in legal proceedings involving the company.
Maintain updated corporate legal documentation in accordance with national regulations.
Represent the company before governmental and regulatory authorities when required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law with valid professional license (Cédula Profesional). A specialization or postgraduate degree in Corporate Law is a strong plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in corporate legal advisory and contract review/negotiation.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Mexican commercial, civil, and labor law. Experience handling business regulations and corporate compliance.
