• Solicitud de remesa de efectivo para gastos al corporativo
• Monitoreo y control de saldos diarios de cuentas bancarias
• Control de pagos y estos de cuenta de tarjeta de crédito corporativa.
• Control de pagos de servicios públicos (Luz, Agua, teléfono, gas, predial, etc)
• Generación de archivos (lay out) para carga a portal bancario para pagar proveedores.
• Procedimiento de confirmación y verificación de altas de cuentas bancarias de proveedores.
• Alta de cuentas bancarias de proveedores en el portal bancario.
• Descargar pedimentos de la página del agente aduanal
• Control de gastos de tarjetas de gasolina.
• Monitoreo de saldos bancarios vs registros contables.

Actividades de Contabilidad Mexicana:

• Registro contable de la recepción del efectivo enviadas por el corporativo.
• Registro contable del pago y gastos de la tarjeta corporativa
• Registro contable de comisiones bancarias
• Registro contable por el traspaso entre cuentas bancarias.

Registro contable de los pagos de pedimentos aduanales

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA:

• Contador público o carrera afín
• Experiencia mínima 2 años
