Location: Mexico City (Downtown area)
Position Requirements
Minimum education: Technical degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in reception and office operations.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the executive calendar.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
Translate documents and communications as needed.
Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
Support the preparation and management of administrative documents and records.
Assist in daily business operations.
Process payments to suppliers and service providers.
Explain procedures and general business practices in Mexico.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly gross salary: $16,000 MXN
Quarterly bonus: $1,000 MXN (for the first two years)
