LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

POSITION PROPOSAL

Carry out the planning, control and monitoring of the contractual commitments of

the Warehouse contracts and logistics service providers 3 PL / 4 PL for the finished

Product, such as expiration dates, execution reports, input and output data, control

fees, registration update.

Participate in the analysis and identification of areas of opportunity in the use of

3PL/4PL providers or their modifications to meet the needs of the Logistics chain

Logistics services for the finished product required in the supply chain.

Development, management and fulfillment of indicators for the area, as well as their

standardization and socialization. Always aligned with the general objectives of the

area as well as those that arise from the opportunities identified by the logistics

operations in the different countries of the scope of this position for the application

of these services, complying with the highest standards of quality and performance.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Strategic Items: Help the area to identify areas of opportunity in the

different processes, in order to achieve the objectives established for

each service of storage, distribution and handling of finished product

of the business chain.

2. Developments Items: Implement procedures, methodologies and technological

tools that add value to the registration and control processes of the area,

so that the planning, operational and documentary control objectives

can be met.

3. Compliance Items: Ensure compliance of third parties in the rules,

standards, procedures, protocols of mandatory compliance by the

business.

Following and tracking items: Tracking and monitoring, maintenance and updating of audits, inventories, visits/operational control reports and work established for the development of ongoing contracts. 5. Communications Items: Effectively transmit the guidelines with the areas involved in the design of the services and their provision, including the support areas such as SAC, Bonds, Insurance, Security, Quality, Legal, Audit, among others, as well as letting them know effectively and in a timely manner objectives and main deadlines.

PROFILE:

Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics

Knowledge of Logistics, Foreign Trade, Storage, ISO standards (in general),

management of SAP (desirable), knowledge of Tracking tools, Management of

Office, management of power BI, management of technological tools for

monitoring Projects, Management of Visio , Advanced English
