Job Description:

Na'atik is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant to manage and grow our online presence. This role involves engaging with our community, promoting language immersion programs, and sharing Na'atik's mission through social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends to suggest new content ideas.
• Assist in executing social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice that aligns with Na'atik's values.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with social media platforms and community engagement.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong written communication skills for creating engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Passion for community-building, storytelling, and cultural immersion.

Background & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Experience with nonprofits or cultural education is a plus.
