Description
We are currently hiring a Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in real estate transactions, we invite you to apply for this full-time, work-from-home position.
Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination:
• Oversee and coordinate various real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, utilities tracking, and insurance start/stop/transfer processes
• Manage PML (Property Management Listing) documents and ensure accurate documentation
ERC Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to ERC clients
• Update addresses, answer inquiries, handle referrals, guide users through the app, and manage support tickets
• Communicate effectively with ERC tech support
• Handle payroll documents (editing and uploading into the system)
Elevate Customer Support:
• Manage customer support for Elevate, addressing refunds, disputes, billing issues, and course-related matters
• Process removals from courses and coordinate the sending of weekly Zoom emails on Sundays and the morning of scheduled sessions
Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination is a MUST
• Proven experience as executive assistance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
• Proficient in both English and Spanish languages
