We invite you to be part of an electronic service company with global presence in areas of automotive, automotive lighting & sensors, white goods & industrial.


Melecs Electronics is a European company with international locations in Siegendorf (Austria), Lenzing (Austria), Györ (Hungary), Wuxi (China), Queretaro (Mexico), a Sales and Development office in Auburn Hill (United States) and headquarters in Vienna (Austria).


We are looking for a DIRECTOR ASSISTANT for support the company's General Manager and CFO in different administrative activities.



The responsibilities for our new DIRECTOR ASSISTANT are:

  1. Preparation of presentations and reports for management.
  2. Monitoring of monthly indicators and projects.
  3. Implementation of corporate image for fairs and expos.
  4. Control of physical and electronic files.
  5. Attention to visits from customers, suppliers, colleagues, audits, General Management and Direction meetings.
  6. Management of purchases of stationery and cafeteria supplies.
  7. Personal assistance to General Management.



Required knowledge:

  • Preparation of reports and invoicing of receipts for Directors' expense vouchers.
  • Control and follow up of agenda and events for Management and Management Departments.
  • Management of flight reservations, lodging, bus, executive transportation and car rentals for the company, colleagues, suppliers or clients.
  • Follow-up of monthly indicators and projects.
  • Room preparation, documentation, epp, coffee breaks, meals, etc. required for visits from customers, suppliers, colleagues, management and directors.
  • Invoicing of shipments, cancellations and credit notes.
  • Corporate credit card expense reporting and invoicing.
  • Follow-up on paperwork, documents, appointments related to visits from colleagues.
  • Translation in live conversations or documents.
  • IT knowledge: Standard office tools (presentation, spreadsheet, text editing and the use of ERP systems are advantageous (e.g. SAP basic level)
  • English Bilingual (REQUIRED)

Academic formation:


  • Bachelor´s Degree or related
