Job Objective:
Provide support to the Executive Director in carrying out administrative tasks, as well as managing personal, family, and logistical matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise household service providers, as well as manage necessary maintenance tasks.
Manage the scheduling of personal services, including matters related to vehicles, insurance, medical appointments, and more.
Oversee logistics related to personal vehicles: coordination with drivers, repair shops, permits, and documentation.
Monitor and report on personal expenses, preparing basic financial reports on a regular basis.
Organize and follow up on reservations and arrangements related to travel, events, deliveries, and personal errands.
Act as a logistical liaison between the home, office, and close staff, ensuring smooth execution of deliveries and tasks.
Plan and coordinate personal and family events, ensuring flawless execution.
Required Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
Valid Visa (preferred)
Willingness to travel
Proficient in Excel and basic organizational apps
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Experience managing personal or executive agendas
Soft Skills:
High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and service-oriented attitude; able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills with agility and efficiency.
