This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, which focuses on all operational aspects of a set of assets, supporting property managers with all repairs and capital plans.
CBRE is in the seek for a Facilities Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Helps events coordination in shared spaces.
- Control and supervise parking spaces.
- Onboarding support for new employees
- Control and request access to the building.
- Preparation of Reports, Presentations
- Help to coordinate Delivery vendors
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English
- Minimum experience of 2 years performing some responsibilities as Facilities Assistant / Analyst (Softservices)
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, Teams, Zoom, etc
