In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

This role offers you the chance to make valuable contributions to our finance operations while collaborating with a motivated team.

Your key responsibilities will involve assisting with financial reporting, actively participating in audits, and ensuring the accurate determination of the payroll payment.

Your keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to compliance will be meaningful in optimally carrying out month-end processes.

• Review of the weekly and support biweekly payroll including salaries, overtime, saving fund, food coupons, vacation and outstanding payments.
• Review and calculation of IMSS/INFONAVIT payment considering EBA and EMA against reports of the system.
• Reconcile report of FONACOT against to employees withholdings and submit the monthly payment.
• Collaborate in month-end process, preparing payroll, vacations, Christmas bonus, PTU accruals and preparing payroll, termination and taxes journal entries in the accounting system.
• Participate in calculations for Christmas Bonus, PTU, and Saving Fund.
• Balancing saving fund contributions, reviewing corresponding worked days for PTU and their proportional for Christmas Bonus.
• Keep correct and accurate payroll concepts and taxes to reconcile with accounting record balances.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee queries.
• Preparing Audit Reports for the external firms and IMSS / INFONAVIT annual report.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Education: University degree preferably

1 year experience in similar position

1 year of experience in a maquiladora environment preferred.

Knowledge of payroll taxes (ISR and IMSS).

Basic-intermediate Excel management
