?? About the Role


We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to help manage the delivery of digital content and data-driven projects that reach global medical audiences. This is a high-impact role where you'll bridge operations, data management, and communication—playing a key part in the success of campaigns that inform, educate, and inspire healthcare professionals.


?? What You'll Do

  • Manage and analyze target audience data to ensure the right messages reach the right people.
  • Collaborate with third-party data vendors to acquire and refine high-quality contact lists.
  • Run data queries, match customer records, and validate audience segments.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance on campaigns before launch.
  • Schedule and deploy digital content via email and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and create reports that help teams and clients understand reach and engagement.
  • Act as the central point of coordination—flagging issues early, keeping stakeholders informed, and driving each project forward.


?? What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, E-Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • A logical, analytical mindset—you enjoy diving into data and pulling out insights.
  • Strong Excel skills (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
  • Experience working with databases and digital content systems.
  • An eagle eye for detail—you catch what others miss.
  • Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Confidence in communication—you're not afraid to speak up, ask questions, or suggest improvements.
