We seek a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant with a solid background in digital marketing (LinkedIn) to support our executive leadership and contribute to key marketing initiatives. This role blends traditional executive support with hands-on involvement in digital marketing campaigns, making it ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in personal tasks and errands as needed.
Digital Marketing Support
Coordinate and support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media, and content management.
Monitor analytics and performance of campaigns; compile data for reports.
Collaborate with marketing vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
Assist in website updates and search engine optimization (SEO) tasks.
Draft newsletters, social media posts, and marketing communications.
Project & Operations Support
Track project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain contact databases and CRM systems.
Support event planning and webinar coordination.
Research and implement productivity tools and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, HubSpot/Mailchimp, and social media platforms.
English strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in a startup, marketing agency, or digital-first environment, IT staffing
Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut).
