Quallifications:

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
• Minimum 6 months of hospital/clinical experience
• General medical knowledge
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide healthcare services related to admissions, case management, discharge planning, and utilization review
• Evaluate medical necessity of admissions and service requests (prospective, concurrent, retrospective)
