Collaborate with one of our business partners, a Digital Supply Chain Services and Solutions firm with a focused practice in MRO, FM parts, site essentials/GNFR, and PPE -the parts, materials, equipment, and consumables necessary to keep plants and facilities operating safely and productively. Seeking for a Purchasing support specialist to support their operation by taking calls from our customers.

Profile:

• Good communication skills, fluent in English
• Computer skills
• Computer knowledge and use of multiple programs
• Phone skills to place customer calls as necessary
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Main Responsabilities:

• Provide the status of their order
• Assistance with the Zeus Ordering mobile app
• Order cancellations/revisions
• Answer calls from suppliers for:
• Order revisions
• Order update information
• Re-transmit of orders
• Agents will place calls to suppliers for:
• Order updates
• Requesting quote updates (buyers will determine sources, but agents may be asked to call suppliers for an update)
