Principal Activities:

·       Support the Set-up and takeover of the general administration / accounting / finance /payroll area for a new production company in Mexico.

·       Booking of the company's accounting according to legal requirements (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and general ledger).

·       Management of accounting documents, timely filing of applications.

·       Perform the payroll calculation for 50 employees.

·       Perform the inventory of tangible assets in accordance with the legal requirements.

·       Contact person for all financial accounting booking issues.

·       Support for all financial reporting with Mexico, Germany and USA.

·       Perform the Issuing of incoming and outgoing invoicing process in SAP.

·       Perform the issuing of payment documents process in SAP.

·       Perform the maintenance of SAP master data for finance overview.

·       Booking of the foreign trade transactions of the company.

·       Invoicing of the intercompany transactions.

Laboral Experience:

·     Intermediate English

·     Infonavit, Infonacot

·     At least one bank portal handling

·     At least one payroll software (CONTPAQ)

·     At least 3 years of experience
