Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and support the Customer Project Manager in the effective management of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed in strict compliance with corporate, legal, and financial directives while upholding responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review project planning inputs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Oversee and manage customer deliverables, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment.
• Monitor project performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Administer and optimize project planning tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage project administration tasks with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot, test, and report results, collaborating closely with technical leaders to address issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Hard Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or equivalent administrative experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project management, logistics, or procurement, ideally with exposure to supplier relations.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Proven data analysis and interpretation skills.
