Job Requirements
Education
Major: Machinery manufacturing and automation or
Mechatronics or Electrical Automation
Bachelor degree or higher
Background
Have relevant die casting machine technical support experience
Specialized knowledge
Familiar with mechanical drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics
Familiar with maintenance tools and equipment related to die casting machine
Skills:
Software: Office and Autocad
Fluent Spanish and English or Chinese
Abilities:
Have a strong safety awareness and protect yourself and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication ability to work with customers, company employees, and suppliers.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English or Chinese.
Strong customer service skills.
Can work independently on-site assembly according the drawing.
Duties
Yizumi company sold die casting machine and related equipment installation and commissioning; Yizumi sold die casting machine and related equipment trouble shooting remote support and on-site support; do machine inspect according company's machine inspection plan.
Apply spare parts requirement to warehouse keeper if customer need for repairing machine which is in warranty period
Record and summary all service matters and machine quality matters, send to Yizumi Oversea Development center technical and service department every month
Supply machine operation and maintenance training for customer in training room of Yizumi Precision Machinery (Mexico) Ltd.
Yizumi Oversea Development center technical and service department will arrange employee to have business trip to other Mexico, to help local agents or technician from Yizumi China to do new machine installation, commissioning, trouble shooting, technical training and prepare exhibition machine
Other works arranged by Yizumi Oversea Development center technical and service department.
Key Performance Indicators(KPI):
A monthly machine problem summary and quality improvement suggestion.
Machine installation and commissioning report and problem follow.
Make machine inspection for our customer as requirement.
Customer satisfaction rate.
Turnover rate of spare parts.
Service head satisfaction rate.
Daily work
Follow all company and customer safety policies.
Install, repair, and maintain die casting machine, related software, and control systems.
Perform all safety checks on the equipment.
Follow all of the company's procedures.
Give training to customer on usage of the equipment.
Troubleshoot machine failures and performance issues (Define service problem, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions) and reason analysis. Document findings and actions.
Order replacement parts as required and document other worn parts which may need replaced in the future.
Ensure machines are properly calibrated even if that is not the purpose of the call.
Respond quickly to customer problems via phone, email, or onsite in a prompt, courteous and professional way.
Make maintenance and operation recommendations to customers.
Provide written reports on all service calls, making sure to document key contacts, and the workload of the machines.
Ensure maintenance records by serial number and customer are maintained current.
