Activities:

• Managing service experience indicators for service providers/service stores, including NSS, complaints, TAT, etc.
• Supporting handling consumer issues to ensure consumer satisfaction.
• Understand the operating status of service providers/stores and assist service providers in improving operational capabilities and results.

Requirements:

• Advanced English skills (B2-C1)
• Student in last year of University
• Be able to work On Site
