We are seeking a results-driven engineer with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product teardowns and benchmarking to enhance design performance.

• Define and manage project goals, timelines, and team coordination.

• Identify and implement design changes that optimize cost without sacrificing quality.

• Guarantee compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years designing appliances – HVAC or water heaters preferred.

• Solid understanding of engineering/manufacturing change processes.

• Fluent in English.

• Valid U.S. visa and open to travel.
