ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Follow up on customer and interested party complaints.

·Visit and administrate quality of Customer's web pages (Ford – COVISINT / GM).

·Do root cause analysis of complaints using troubleshooting tools.

·Apply theoretical and practical knowledge of mechanics to allow a correct investigation of the root cause.

·Generate reports at the Management level to explain the root causes and countermeasures applied and required by the direct client.

·Preparation of quality alerts

·Running Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, SPC, AMEF, MSA)

·Follow up on countermeasures and determine the date on which cases are closed.

·If required by the client, make a presentation to all departments involved regarding the problem investigated plus usage of 8D customer's document if required.

·Carry out and implement a check list to ensure inspections of the areas under your responsibility.

·Maintain efficiency in the times of the technicians in charge and Delegate daily activities to technicians based on daily production requirements.

·On-time report of Quality Metrics (KPIs)

·Participate as Internal IATF16949 (last version) auditor.

·Follow Up and Implementation of IATF relative to its position and title scope.

·Participation in Daily Gemba meetings and Monthly meetings.

·Experience in CQI-29 Brazing Welding
