Job details:

The Appointment Setter at Axiom Equipment Group is responsible for generating interest in the company's methodology through high-volume telemarketing efforts, primarily by making outbound calls, booking discovery calls, and entering new project information into the CRM system. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, telemarketing experience, and familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive and ZoomInfo. Key tasks include qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate data, following the Axiom Sales Manual, and consistently achieving performance targets such as discovery calls booked and new project leads identified.


Responsabilities:


· Make outbound calls to generate interest in Axiom products and schedule discovery calls.

· Qualify prospects and determine if they are involved in projects suitable for Axiom.

· Maintain accurate information in the CRM (Pipedrive) and other systems related to business development.

· Identify and pass project-specific contacts to the BD team.

· Manage communication with customers through emails, phone calls, and text messages.

· Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Axiom products.

· Organize and prioritize tasks, such as call lists and discovery call schedules.

· Complete assigned cold call lists and achieve the target number of discovery calls.

· Follow up on projects and contacts to ensure they are properly entered into the system and tracked.



Requirements:


· Self-motivated and possess excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral).

· The ability to self-monitor your own KPI performance and hit targets

· Telemarketing Skills with experience

· Axiom Product Knowledge

· Great English

· Bachelor's Degree

· Proficiency with CRM systems.

· Previous experience in the construction equipment, industrial, or related sectors is highly valuable, particularly if familiar with Axiom's market, products, or customer base. Industry knowledge is highly valued.
