Description

Requirements:

   Native or Advanced level English (B2-C1) (is a must).

   Strong written and verbal communication skills and persuasive ability.

   Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (is a plus)

   Familiarity with CRM systems (is a plus).

   Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

   Will need a computer and headset.

Activities:

   Reach out to potential clients interested in IT services and set appointments.

   Update CRM records accordingly.

We Offer $ 18,000 MXN base salary:

13,000 MXN base salary

2,000 MXN productivity bonus (based on appointments per month)

3,000 MXN punctuality bonus

+ 10% commissions on closed sales, typically month to month recurring contracts.

Fully paid training (you earn while you learn!)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
