About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IP Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability and reliability of our IP networks and assigned applications. As an IP Engineer, you will provide technical support and maintain critical services that keep our networks operating smoothly.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and Optimize Network Performance: Ensure the availability and performance of IP networks and related applications.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Quickly identify and resolve incidents affecting routers, switches, and other IP equipment.
• Configuration Updates: Perform changes, updates, and improvements to IP network configurations to optimize performance.
• Technical Support: Provide second- and third-level support for internal and external clients, addressing complex technical issues.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure IP solutions meet organizational requirements for availability, security, and scalability.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience with Data Networks: Proficient in routing and switching technologies, especially for Carrier and Enterprise business.
• Routing Protocols Knowledge: Expertise in dynamic routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP.
• Network Management Systems: Experience with tools like U2000/NCE or third-party systems such as Orion.
• Security & Firewall Knowledge: Proficient in troubleshooting network information security and handling firewalls and security devices.
• LAN Network Design and Troubleshooting: Familiar with Enterprise LAN design, AP management, and Wifi controllers.
• Certifications: HCIA/HCIP or CCNA/CCNP certifications are preferred but not required.
