The role involves guiding and amplifying our marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is a digital savvy leader with expertise in leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and a variety of marketing channels to drive revenue growth and build our brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies utilizing
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Google Ads, email marketing, podcasts, webinars, and in-person events.
2. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT4 and Synthesia to create engaging and targeted content across various platforms.
3. Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other data analytics tools to understand customer behavior, measure conversion rates, and assess campaign performance.
4. Plan and execute compelling webinars and industry events, and manage the production of company merchandise.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create aligned strategies that maximize our services' market impact and enhance our brand.
6. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels, including social media advertising and Google Ads.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends to keep our marketing and branding strategies fresh and competitive.
8. Implement and track marketing KPIs to ensure the desired ROI of the marketing budget.

1. Proven experience as a Head of Brand and Communications, Marketing Director or similar role with strong experience in managing diverse marketing channels.
2. Expertise in leveraging AI and data analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
3. Proficiency in using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and WhatsApp Business.
4. Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event planning.
5. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
6. Knowledge of software development industry trends and marketing strategies.
