POSICION OVERVIEW

Conocimiento en mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo y Predictivo de moldes de colada fría y colada caliente para la industria automotriz.

Conocimiento de Hot Runner. (Análisis de falla, sellos y reparación).

REQUERIMIENTOS

• Reparación y ajuste de Insertos, cavidades y mecanismos de moldes.
• Fabricación de Spare Parts para moldes.
• Conocimiento en soldadura Tic, Mic, Laser, Pug, Eléctrica.
• Experiencia en Fresadora, Torno y Rectificadora y Electro erosionadora.
• Conocimiento de tratamientos térmicos.
• Uso de Instrumentos de Medición.
• DG&T Interpretación de planos.
• Solid Works (Deseable)
• Manejo de grúas. (Monorriel, viajera)

Requisitos:

• Carrera técnica en maquinas y herramientas
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en la industria automotriz
• análisis y Diagnostico de Moldes de Inyección para Termoplasticos.
• Responsable.
• Disponibilidad de horario.
• Autodirigido.
• Proactivo.
• Trabajo en equipo.
