Advanced Staffing helps small and medium-sized businesses in the United States with remote staffing solutions.

We are looking for an experienced account payable specialist preferably with property management background to be working on-site and handling the activities listed below. Office is located in Providencia, Guadalajara.

Job Activities

• Run Accounts Payable (Pay & track vendor invoices).
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Support clients with any financial inquiry via phone and email.
• Answering inquiries and escalations finance-related over the phone.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday,

• Standard schedule: 10:00 to 18:00 Mexico time.
• During Daylight saving: 9:00 to 17:00 Mexico time.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelors in accounting or finance related preferred.
