We are currently looking for a District Sales Jr. Manager to Ensure the national sales target, improving sales opportunities by product, by region and by seasonality, with the ultimate goal of increasing GWMM's market share with the highest quality, measuring the evolution of stock and inventories by distributor, controlling the correct policy/execution of commercial actions and monitoring the quota stipulated by GWM for the correct execution of the strategies as a brand.
Main functions and responsibilities
Control wholesale / retail sales to achieve monthly and annual targets for the national market in order to guarantee the regional portion.
Execute Sales and Marketing strategies, procedures and operational standards to ensure program compliance.
Coordinate and ensure effective communication of Finance programs to ensure proper implementation.
Implementation of monthly Kpis strategies.
Confirm brand policies and their implementation.
Major challenges of the position
Implement GWMM perspective, branding and KPIS with a diverse and challenging environment in each region.

Other desirable skills: After sales knowledge is a plus.
