- Solve in time any issue reported by the FxGlobal agents
- Treat all issues regarding the integration process for any Global Agent in the onboarding process.
- Setup and Testing of new and existing Partners in the company's system.
- Proactively look for process improvements.
- Update the changes in address, contacts, locations, commissions, bank instructions, etc.
- Provide support to existing partners by resolving incidences in a timely fashion both on the administrative and the technical side.
- Resolve at IT level any question/doubt that the Global Agent could have.
Responsibilities
What you will do on daily basis:
- Solve in time any issue reported by the FxGlobal agents
- Treat all issues regarding the integration process for any Global Agent in the onboarding process.
- Setup and Testing of new and existing Partners in the company's system.
- Proactively look for process improvements.
- Update the changes in address, contacts, locations, commissions, bank instructions, etc.
- Provide support to existing partners by resolving incidences in a timely fashion both on the administrative and the technical side.
- Resolve at IT level any question/doubt that the Global Agent could have.
Qualifications
- A high level of English.
- IT concepts and APIs.
- Communications skills and experience in the agents and correspondent support.
- Team management experience.
- Experience in Unit Testing
- Experience in Automation Testing for Web Platforms.
- Experience in WebServices using SOAP / REST / XML.
