Job Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Successful applicants should have/demonstrate:
• Enthusiasm and passion for building next-gen enterprise apps
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, Shell Scripts
• 5+ years IT experience in supporting and implementing ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
• Good communication (English), organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to present ideas in business & user friendly language
• Ability to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as independently
• Ability to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones
• BSC/MSC in Information Systems, Computer Science or any applied sciences related to IT.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Indepth knowledge and experience with Oracle Payroll and HCM
• Knowledge of Oracle configurations/setups for Cloud Application and R12 eBusiness Suite, table structures and schemas, Flexfields, Concurrent Managers, Custom Object Library and Oracle
Specific functions include:
We are currently seeking an experience individual implementing the HCM and Payroll Applications. Expert knowledge in the HCM and Payroll implementation process is a prerequisite. Key skills desired for this role include:
• Understand business requirements, scope levels of effort and develop resulting statements of work
• Project planning, executing, controlling and closing of success full talent management projects on time and on budget
• Develop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations
• Conduct process evaluations and client workshops, process-designs and documentation of current and future state processes
• Reporting/Analytics experience
Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
