Job Description

This position will be responsible for the application development, maintenance, support, defect fixing, enhancements for Web based applications in the automotive aftermarket services domain.

Application uses React.JS, WebAPI & Microsoft .NET Core Technologies with SQL Server and No SQL database (SOLR / Cosmos DB).

Responsibilities

• Take the ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.
• Provide prompt and accurate response to customer's issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues.
• Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organization's contractual commitments.
• Develop, compile and test code. Submit source code and XUnit test results for review and approval by team lead.
• Address "hot fixes" as they arise in production at the highest priority.
• Experience of working in an offshore delivery environment following either the SCRUM or Agile development methodology.
• Team player with positive attitude and proactively collaborates with peers to resolve customer issues.
• Monitoring the applications and log to identify system outage and user's exception experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineer or equivalent qualification with the excellent academic record.
• 3 to 5 Years of experience as developer
• Hands-On experience on
  1. Azure,
  2. ReactJS,
  3. Redux,
  4. Hooks,
  5. WebAPI,
  6. Microservices,
  7. .Net Core, C#,
  8. JQuery,
  9. HTML5,
  10. Database using Entity framework, MVC Framework, REST API using MVC, Bootstrap, SQL Server.
  11. Version control using GIT or similar
• Ability to work with Technical Lead to clear ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement.
