We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Agile Lead
Responsibilities
• As Agile Lead work with IT and business stakeholders to help facilitate delivery of projects.
• Work with the product owner and business stakeholders to align sprint deliveries to requirements. Facilitates the program level execution (including Program Increment PI) and manages overall program risk. Coordination at scale by managing program activities across one or many teams, ensuring dependencies and risks are identified and mitigated, and impediments are resolved in a timely manner.
• Understand business requirements and be able to act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.Good business accumen and ability to understand business requirements.
• Participate and help coordinate portfolio planning , such as Program Increment (PI) planning, and coordinate value stream initiatives, sprint & resource planning including facilitating meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events.
• Manage POD teams members, work with stakeholders , assist with prioritization and delivery including establishing effective governance and controls around best practises and methodologies.
• Facilitating the team to self-organise; enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events; aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations.
• Managing, monitoring and reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the programme management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees. Making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
• Establishing effective governance and controls, in line with Business Transformation Framework, and co-ordinating cross DevOps and cross Global Business/Global Functions delivery

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex global technical projects on time and within budget.
• Project management skills and experience of working in the Agile environment
• Experience with SAFe and Agile ways of working. Knowledge of Tools like JIRA.
• Experience working in an agile environment using latest DevOps tools
• Stakeholder management experience
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Coaching skills
• Scrum master/SAFE certification would be a plus
• Excellent Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage.
• Excel skills
• Willingness to learn
• Able to adjust in rapidly changing environment and to prioritize your activities and set the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholders
