OVERVIEW:

The Senior Business Analyst in Cloud Operations, NetSuite is responsible for managing internal financial tools and processes in the organization, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting and serves as a liaison with Corporate Finance in an effort to enable efficient and effective utilization of resources.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a member of the Planning and Budgeting team in Cloud Ops, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support to the organization.
• Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• Perform weekly and monthly system administrative tasks on NetSuite Planning and Budgeting tool (NSPB)
• Monitor accuracy and assist teams on data input in NSPB
• Partner closely with Cloud Ops team to understand the operations and be responsive to internal customers' requests.
• Prepare recommendations based on analyses.
• Perform expense analysis, headcount, and headcount-driven expense analysis at team level, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
• Proactively drive process improvement projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance.
• Prior Opex experience required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance
• Very detailed oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work in large, complex environments
• Ability to excel in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to get results with little guidance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global / multi-location setup
• System savvy; NSPB proficiency is a plus
• Expertise in Office Tools - MS Excel, PowerPoint Skills
• Terrific team player and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects

US: Hiring Range: from $27.79 to $60.63 per hour; from $57,800 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
