What we offer:

We are seeking an experienced developer who is passionate about developing high-quality software solutions using the agile methodology. You will be responsible for developing software that meets the needs of the customer and aligns with the agile principles and practices. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other roles in the SAFe agile framework to deliver value to the customer.

International travel will be necessary every few months to facilitate quarterly planning and foster relationships with teams from diverse backgrounds.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions that meet the needs of the customer and align with the SAFe principles and practices.
• Work with the Product Owner to understand the requirements and priorities of the product backlog.
• Collaborate with other Developers and team members to design and implement software features.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit testing and ensure that the software meets the quality standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Work with the Scrum Master to identify and remove impediments that are preventing the team from reaching their goals.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with Java microservice frameworks like Spring Boot, Quarkus, etc.

• Experience with web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working with REST APIs and NoSQL databases (MongoDB a plus)
• Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field; MSc/MA is a plus.
