Minimum requirements

?? Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst with a strong passion for internet network protocols, cyber security, and network infrastructure to join our global Connectivity Service team. This role will support the implementation of Security Service Edge (SSE) and requires expertise in real-time monitoring of IT systems to detect service failures and cyber-security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly respond to network incidents and outages, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with the managed service provider to implement and manage SSE solutions, including Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

Maintain and update network configurations in line with best practices and security policies.

Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports thoroughly.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide support for network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).

Assist users with network-related issues and provide technical support.

Continuously monitor network performance, availability, and security using various tools.

Minimum Requirements

????? Hard Skills

Experience in the Area

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

4+ YoE as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar role

Experience in information security or related field

Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques

Experiencie in SSE solutions, including Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them

Advanced English
