At Eni, we are looking for a Planner & Scheduler Offshore within Eni Mexico in Villahermosa, Tabasco. You will be responsible for providing specialized expertise, supporting maintenance and inspection management processes, managing IT tools ensuring the correct use and implementation. Supporting maintenance management with periodic reports of performed activities and related performance.
As a member of the operations team at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for :
• Providing summary of backlog activities and cascade weekly the data to the technical function responsible to follow up
• Providing outlook on activities scheduled with the aim to optimize the planning reducing SD and backlog
• Supporting the CMMS & Planning Coordinator and to the Maintenance engineering team to develop, implement and review maintenance strategies and continuous improvement programs.
• Supporting any involved function in data/reporting extraction from CMMS (e.g., for RCA, spare parts optimization, etc.).
• Performing gap analysis between company standard and CMMS with the aim to identify any possible deviation
• Managing and addressing corrective plan/actions to solve possible deviation identified between CMMS in use and company standard
• Organizing internal training session to promote the use of CMMS to Company and Contractor team with respect to planning process.
• Generating periodic (i.e., daily, weekly...) maintenance performance reports, monitor KPI and communicate them to the CMMS & Planning Coordinator and to the Maintenance and Asset Integrity Manager also with the upload on Company tool (eg. eMADAM).
• Performing the update of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) both in completeness of Asset Register and Maintenance Register (Preventive Maintenance definition).
• Ensuring that each Maintainable Item is linked to its own Bill of Material (BoM).
• Participating in audits, review and compliance checks of CMMS.
• Proposing improvements in the processes and promote the correct use of the IT tools in accordance with Company Maintenance procedures.
• Assisting in assessing companywide needs of the CMMS system and customize solutions when applicable.
• Be part of Management of Change (MoC) processes that involve modifications in the CMMS.
• Preparing procedure concerning CMMS workflow and processes
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• University degree (BSC) with a proven experience and expertise at operational support level in process industry (preferable Oil & Gas, chemical, etc.).
• Certificate for the knowledge of SAP PM module is preferable
• experience in managing IT tools aimed to the planning and support of maintenance activities.
• Additionally, a working experience in Project Management is preferable
• Knowledge of SAP CMMS Maintenance, Planning module (any additional CMMS systems will be considered as advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of English
Location:
Villahermosa, Tabasco. Administrative activities in the office.
