Responsible for the all communication process for both plants, this includes posting on boards, screens TV, social networks, emails, weekly and monthly communication meetings.
Care employee's requirement to be presented and provides attention to the needs of union delegates in any matter related with the employees in order to maintain a good work environment.
To have a good communication process, keeping communication boards and displays with current information which ensures to maintain an effective date in each publication.
Supports local management and other areas of HR in the design and drafting of the submission of all information required to communicate or be interesting to the employees.
Provide support in general tasks in the different areas of the department when required.
Provide support for the coordination of communication meetings to staff at all levels.

Creating videos on different topics according requirements of each department (New projects, SAP, Audits, Events, etc) and supporting with some videos to corporate
Posting important events on social networks such as Facebook and linkedin and on MyConvatec.
Developing surveys in forms for different topics and areas
On a daily basis, emails are sent with birthday greetings, for the anniversary of seniority, or some special event of the company or the community.
Demands for education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar (Completed)
- English spoken and written preferable.
- Handling an HR System such as Tress, Workday, etc.
- Handling Microsoft Office
- Handling software for video editions
