Automotive company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled E/E High Voltage Battery Advanced Specialist to join their team. This role will require the successful candidate to provide technical guidance and support to the plant production areas on high voltage battery, electrical/electronic (E/E), and quality-related topics through measurement and testing.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting the problem management process for production issues, leading containment development and evaluation of countermeasures
• Managing the complete process of calibration and maintenance of equipment under your responsibility
• Ensuring continuous improvements for processes, methods, and tools within your area
• Leading root-cause analysis of pre-series and series produced High Voltage Batteries, including conducting complex electrical systems analysis and testing
• Organizing and leading improvement processes on analysis activities within the internal and external laboratory network
• Conducting advanced testing and investigations using specialized HV battery test equipment, failure analysis, and materials characterization techniques

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Engineering/Product Development, Automotive electrical systems analysis or Manufacturing Quality
• 3+ years of experience in electrical problem solving
• Advanced knowledge of materials properties, testing, and characterization techniques
• Experience with processing methods such as casting, forming, welding, additive manufacturing, and electrical joining
• Fluency in English
