Personnel Requirements and Key Attributes:
? Strategic & Innovative Thinking – Ability to align IT solutions with the school's goals and to identify and
implement innovations that support learning.
? Technical Proficiency – In-depth knowledge of network, security, and system administration;
continuously learning to keep up with technology changes.
? Interpersonal Communication – Skilled in training, educating, and communicating with non-technical
users, including parents, to demystify technology. Must be able to communicate and enforce
responsible use and cybersecurity policies among students and teaching staff.
