Our Team:Lead the M&S Vaccines operations in Mexico (over 300 employees in two sites) in order to ensure reliable supply and implementation of strategic projects on time and in full compliance with HSE & Quality standards and within the financial performance targets.
Ensure appropriate development of people and strongly contribute to company strategy implementation. The Site Head role will create an environment of openness & collaboration maximizing the contribution of the Global supportive functions towards the industrial sites, that will translate the strategy into tangible outcomes of the site for patients. This connectivity will allow to deliver a new-right level of Performance.
Main responsibilities:- Strategy:
- Define and communicate strategic vision for the site, mission, and mid-term strategy to provide guidance to managers and all employees. Define objectives in line with strategy.
- Assure the execution of the strategy, to support business and achieve Manufacturing & Supply Vaccines best in class targets.
- Leadership:
- Lead the operation and secure achievements of site priorities in terms of Security, Quality, Delivery, Costs, and Involvement.
- Ensure the supply of quality product as required by business plan.
- Prepare, propose, and manage the site budget and assure to provide the necessary and sufficient resources/means to execute the strategy and reach the objectives/achieve the performance.
- Assure the respect of company rules, processes/policies and SOPs as well as local regulations.
- Adapt site Human Resources, Culture, Organization and Processes to the changing external environment to prepare the site for the future.
- Follow operational performance and take necessary action to adapt to environment risks/opportunities and secure the results (risk management).
About you
- Experience:
- Proven experience leading Industrial Sites in pharmaceuticals production environment.
- Proven track record of multifunctional diverse teams.
- Proven experience in managing Global E2E strategic projects requiring financial and business acumen, leading large cross functional teams.
- Soft skills:
- Results and performance driven.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of quality, compliance matters, manufacturing excellence and HSE
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Pharmacist, or any other related field. Master's degree desired.
- Languages: Advanced English and Spanish Proficiency
