Our Team:
Within the scope of People Services, the team will be in charge of:
- Employee Life Cycle from hiring to retiring.
- Master Data Management: Data accuracy and data completeness according to the core model
- Time to Pay: Collecting input from different channels, entering into systems or sharing securely with vendors, controlling as per legal rules and internal controls requirements, before managing post payroll activities
- Connect to Resolve: Knowledge articles that help employees to find answers to their queries at their fingertips and provide feedback on employees' requests.
- External Workforce: Collecting and reporting on External Workforce data
Main responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management: promote the GBS vision, encourage self-service, collect feedback, and identify continuous improvement ideas.
- Teams/Vendors coordination: Facilitate and coordinate communication and initiatives with the local team in Mexico. Coach the local team on compliance topics. In the case of local vendors or outsourcing partners, participate in the governance, review of the performance/KPIs.
- Project management: Lead or support any initiative or project impacting employees. Those could be automation, vendor change, new HR policy, new Finance process, data quality campaign, new global reporting, among others.
- Administrative/Compliance support: Be the main point of contact for internal controls and auditors, facilitate internal and external audit. Be the point of contact for statutory bodies. Provide expertise and recommend decisions. Coordinate the annual compliance calendar with stakeholders.
About you
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in Human Resources Services, Service Operations environment
- Experience managing local audits in social security matters
- Experience with Human Resources and Human Resources Services Transformation projects.
- Soft skills:
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skills; Ability to facilitate and steer difficult conversations to sustainable outcomes and move to action.
- Strong customer service and organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to discuss on different levels.
- Technical skills: Workday or similar Global HRIS, MS Office Package,
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Languages: Desirable English Proficiency
